"I stand by my words" - Own party reprimands Young Greens after malice against Lindner - now it hits back

Jette Nietzard, federal spokesperson for the Green Youth, caused a stir with a post about Christian Lindner and Franka Lehfeldt. Criticism also came from within her own ranks. Nevertheless, she said: "I stand by my words."
Jette Nietzard is the national spokesperson for the Green Youth with Jakob Blasel. On the day of the federal election , the politician posted on X and commented on Christian Lindner and Franca Lehfeldt, who are currently expecting a child . Nietzard received criticism from her own ranks for this. Nevertheless, she sees no problem with her post.
"I'm happy that @francalehfeldt's husband is now taking a step back to enable her to pursue her career and have a child," the 26-year-old wrote. The FDP chairman had announced his withdrawal from politics after his party failed to clear the five percent hurdle.
The politician's post was met with criticism. Among them were words from Green Party politician Renate Künast: "Jette, that is unconfident and belittles you," she commented on the platform.
Her party colleague Danyal Bayaz also had no kind words for Nietzard: "Fortunately, those affected still decide on their own private lifestyle issues. Such sayings are not particularly feminist, but simply lacking in class. I would delete that (again)."
The co-chair of the Green Youth has now spoken out to the " Tagesspiegel ". "I stand by my words and would also like to point out that men are too often dependent on the unpaid care work of their wives in order to participate in the labour market. This keeps women away from the labour market. Fortunately, this fate does not befall Franca Lehfeldt."
According to her, the fact that her tweet received so much attention is due to the comments from "Realos" and mentions Renate Künast and Danyal Bayaz. But she does not want to share their opinion: "If I, as chairwoman of the Green Youth, were to listen to Renate Künast, I would be ill-advised."
She eventually deleted the post and wrote : "I deleted my tweet. It would be good to talk about systematic solutions to domestic violence instead of hurt male egos. One in four women is a victim of (ex)partners. I hope you'll join in the discussion as passionately as I do." Another post reads: "Nobody should be hurt on New Year's Eve. I apologize for my tweet. I shouldn't have worded it like that."
